Jyotishi Online provides digital astrology consultation services connecting users with experienced astrologers. These services include live video/audio sessions, chat consultations, and written reports delivered through our platform.
General Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital consultation services:
- • Once a live session or chat consultation has started or been completed, refunds are generally not available
- • Services are considered delivered once the consultation has begun
- • All purchases are final unless covered by the conditions mentioned below
Conditions for Refund
We may offer partial or full refunds in the following circumstances:
- • Technical Failure: If there is a platform-side technical issue that prevents the delivery of the service you paid for
- • Astrologer No-Show: If the astrologer fails to join or accept the scheduled session without prior notice
- • Service Not Delivered: If you paid for a service but did not receive any consultation or report
- • Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same service
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:

- Include your order/booking reference number
- Provide a detailed description of the issue
- Attach any relevant screenshots or documentation
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the scheduled service date.
Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved:
- • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days
- • The refund will be credited to the original payment method
- • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
- • Bank processing times may vary and are outside our control
Cancellation Policy
For scheduled appointments:
- • 24+ hours before: Full refund or free rescheduling available
- • 12-24 hours before: 50% refund or rescheduling with a small fee
- • Less than 12 hours: No refund, but rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis
Management Discretion
All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Jyotishi Online management. We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy or in cases of suspected misuse.
